I was on the hot mess express, looking for myself in everyone else but myself. I built my identity and self-worth around who everyone else told me I was.
Many years ago, I hit rock bottom, as I sat in my parents drive way, tears streaming down my face, I mean a real good ugly cry, I asked God to save me, hence I’m a spiritual girlie, not a religious girlie. But although I no longer believed in religious acts, I knew God was/is real. It was at that moment that my life changed, I had no clue where to begin but self love was my first stop.
I began to change what I listened to, what I was watching and also took an audit of my life as a whole. I began reading books like The Alchemist, following influential women who taught women how to be confident and took the religion out of my relationship with God, and began to know God on a new level. That journey has created freedom and liberation that first began within, because I’ve realized the real work begins within.

I coach because I was once the woman searching for herself. I know how it feels to want more for your life, but have no idea where to start.
Now, I get to walk alongside other women—witnessing their soft awakenings, fierce clarity, and soul-led glow ups. This work is personal. It’s sacred. And it’s bigger than me.

Before entering the coaching program, I was going through a breakup, I didn’t see self worth my confidence in myself I felt lost within. After working with Michelle I was able to make a major change in my life, see myself differently know what I deserve and what I can become.
Michelle gave me different tools to help guide me and push me to become a better version of myself.

WHAT I STAND FOR
Spirituality Over Religion
I believe God is within, and to go deeper with God is also to go deep within. Often times God is illustrated as this mythical creature, but I personally believe God is energy and we don’t have to always physically go to church or wonder where God is, God is within us, waiting for us to just say “yo what’s up.”

Alignment Is the Assignment
I believe not everything is for everyone, as a coach and community leader, my intention is never to push my beliefs onto others, if it feels good, connects and aligns, embrace it. But everyone experiences things differently and takes in information differently and that’s ok, we must give space for individuals to be individuals.
Lead with Love
I believe diversity and inclusion is so important, our differences make us who we are, and I believe especially as women, what connects us, is so much greater than what divides us. I believe in karma and I’m always conscious of ensuring that I’m putting our good karma, to receive good as well. We are who we are and let all we do be done with love.
